** Recording of Purchases**
** Recording of financial transactions**
** Bank Reconciliation**
** Keeping track on the bills etc.**
** Preparation of salary payslips**
** Assist in general administrative tasks as needed**
Administrative Support:
** Provide support to other departments (HR, Production)**
** Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.**
** Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.**
** Maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.**
** Address client/suppliers inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.**
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
**Benefits**:

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Overtime pay

**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

- Accounts Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- Managing full sets of account: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
