**Key Responsibilities**:
**- Strategic Leadership**

Provide leadership and direction in the development and implementation of the Company’s vision, mission, strategic objectives, and business plans.

Identify business opportunities, risks, and emerging market trends to ensure the Company’s long-term sustainability and growth

**- Operational Management**

Oversee and manage the Company’s day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Establish, implement, and monitor internal policies, controls, and procedures to safeguard the Company’s assets and reputation.

**- Financial Stewardship**

Ensure sound financial management of the Company, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.

**- People and Organisational Development**

Lead, motivate, and develop the senior management team to achieve Company objectives.

Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and high performance throughout the organisation.

**- Stakeholder & Board Relations**

Act as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors and management, ensuring effective communication and execution of Board directives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, regulators, and the community.

**- Business Development**

Drive business growth by identifying and securing new projects, contracts, and partnerships.

Expand opportunities for the team by developing new markets and strengthening the company’s brand presence.

**Knowledge and Skill Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field. A Master’s Degree (MBA) will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive management experience in a senior leadership role (General Manager, Deputy GM, Operations Director, or equivalent). Prior exposure to construction, engineering, or related industries is strongly preferred
- Proven ability to provide strategic direction, drive business growth, and lead cross-functional teams. Strong track record in managing both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic initiatives.
- Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, cost control, and business performance tracking. Ability to identify new business opportunities, secure projects, and manage risks effectively.
- Demonstrated success in building, motivating, and mentoring teams at senior levels. Able to foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and high performance.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage with the Board of Directors, clients, business partners, regulators, and community stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound, timely, and strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required. Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage for engaging with suppliers and business partners.
- High integrity, entrepreneurial mindset, results-driven, business development oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
