**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- To monitor and supervise field operation in the estate on daily basis.
- To monitor and record workers outturn and productivity daily. (Harvesting intervals, worker daily outturn, rainfall data, vehicle log and etc)
- To maintain existing or create new records necessary for plantation operation recording, store materials inventory records. Prepare for monthly inventory stock take.
- To prepare proper supporting documents for contractor work claim on monthly basis.
- To ensure all FFB or crop harvested are collected and send to palm oil mill, upkeep of FFB records for all FFB harvested and sent to Palm Oil Mill.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the superior / management
**REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- SPM or above
- 5 or 10 years above working in oil palm estate as a field supervisor or field staff.
- Good control of labour, handle/deal with contractors and speak clearly.
- Experience and knowledgeable in all 3 major field operation.
- Having experience in replanting operation.
- Good work discipline.
- Must be able to write and compile basic data records. Preferably able to use Microsoft Excel and Work.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
