**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the brand and company policies, including training and guiding team members.
- Assist in planning, assigning, and directing activities and events to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Liaise with operational departments to ensure guest requests and expectations are met efficiently.
- Handle day-to-day correspondences on behalf of the Retreat Manager, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Review and follow up on guest feedback and reviews, assisting the Retreat Manager in maintaining service standards.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in hotel/resort / retreat industry and in management level.
- Good communication skills.
- Self discipline and independence.
- Willing to stay in at the retreat.
- Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package
