**Location**:Kuala Lumpur, MY, MY**Job Summary**General Responsibilities**

**#Process management and improvements**
- Lead process improvement projects from inception to completion.
- Facilitate workshops # brainstorming sessions to identify process inefficiencies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions.
- Review and analyze existing processes to identify, inefficiencies, redundancies, and areas for improvement and/or automation.
- Develop detailed process maps using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) and process documents.
- Design and implement optimized workflow and processes to improve business and IT operational performance.
- Maintain a repository of process documents, ensuring they are evergreen and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Establish, monitor, and report KPIs to senior management to measure the effectiveness of the implemented process.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure process changes are effectively communicated and meeting business demands.
- Develop training materials and lead training sessions on newly implemented or revised processes.
- Be the change agent and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

**#Digital Transformation**
- Collaborate with business units and cross-functional teams to align digital transformation approaches.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend opportunities for digital tools/technologies implementation.
- Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the success and Return on Investment (ROI) of digital initiatives.
- Lead digital transformation projects from inception to completion while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Foster and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, from top-level executives to operational teams.
- Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
- Ensure vendors meet contractual obligations and deliver as per expectations.
- Provide training and support to staff on new digital tools and platforms.

- Lead cross-functional teams in process analysis and redesign initiatives.
- Able to influence opinions and decisions when working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to lead, influence, and motivate to operate as a high-performing team.
- Champion the importance and benefits of digital transformation to stakeholders at all levels.
- Foster a culture that embraces digital innovation and change.

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or Computer Science**Work experience**
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience as a process improvement manager or digital transformation specialist
- Proven portfolio of completed projects
