- Mengkaji pelaksanaan dan kecekapan sistem kualiti dan pemeriksaan
- Merancang, menjalankan dan memantau pengujian dan pemeriksaan bahan dan produk untuk memastikan kualiti produk jadi
- Menyiapkan audit dalaman dokumen dan aktiviti jaminan kualiti yang lain
- Untuk menyiasat aduan pelanggan dan masalah ketidakpatuhan

Untuk mengumpulkan dan menyusun data kualiti statistik
- Untuk menganalisis data untuk mengenal pasti bidang yang perlu diperbaiki dalam sistem kualiti
- Untuk memantau prestasi kerja dan mencadangkan peningkatan pekerjaan semua Q.A. kakitangan dari semasa ke semasa, termasuk pengembangan pekerjaan.
- Untuk mengembangkan, mengesyorkan dan memantau tindakan pembetulan dan pencegahan
- Untuk menyediakan laporan untuk menyampaikan hasil aktiviti berkualiti
- Untuk mengenal pasti keperluan latihan dan mengatur intervensi latihan untuk memenuhi standard kualiti
- Menyelaras dan menyokong audit di tempat yang dilakukan oleh penyedia luar
- Untuk menilai penemuan audit dan melaksanakan tindakan pembetulan yang sesuai
- Untuk memantau aktiviti pengurusan risiko
- Bertanggungjawab terhadap sistem pengurusan dokumen
- Untuk membuat keputusan mengenai setiap penyerahan proposal dari semua Q.A. kakitangan.
- Untuk memastikan kepatuhan berterusan terhadap kualiti dan keperluan peraturan industri
