**Human Resources**:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for foreign workers (e.g., Bangladeshi, Nepali, Indonesian).
- Coordinate with government agencies (JTK, Immigration, KDN) and recruitment agencies.
- Maintain up-to-date personnel files, attendance records, and HR documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll, OT calculations, and leave records.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
- Conduct orientation and briefing for new foreign workers on company rules and safety procedures.

**Administration**:

- Manage hostel/accommodation arrangements, transportation, and worker welfare.
- Monitor foreign workers' discipline and handle grievances or disciplinary issues.
- Assist in organizing company events, safety training, and compliance audits.
- Prepare and submit HR-related reports as required by management.
- Perform general office administration tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- **Gender**: Male (due to dormitory/hostel management responsibilities)
- **Language**: Fluent in **Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese)** and **Bahasa Malaysia**; English is an advantage.
- **Education**: Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years in HR & Admin, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- **Other Skills**:

- Familiar with foreign worker management and regulatory processes
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Computer literate (MS Office, HR systems)

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
