**Company Description**
We organise over 500 large-scale branded and transaction-oriented events in 14 specialist markets**.** These are typically not-to-be-missed annual events where buyers and sellers build relationships, see and show products and do business.

We also provide year-round online platforms where companies showcase their businesses and products and buyers conduct research, generating valuable leads, and we provide data and digital content that supports the flow of knowledge and transactions in markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Branding and Digital Strategy:

- Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies to enhance the event’s visibility and reputation within the target industries.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of the event’s website, ensuring it is engaging, informative, and user-friendly.
- Manage and optimize social media campaigns to drive engagement, brand awareness, and audience growth.
- Content Creation and Management:

- Lead the development of high-quality content for various platforms including the website, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with industry experts, exhibitors, and speakers to generate compelling content that highlights the event’s key themes and offerings.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all content and communication channels.
- Audience Engagement:

- Design and execute innovative strategies to engage exhibitors, visitors, delegates, and speakers before, during, and after the event.
- Develop and manage creative engagement activities such as webinars, live chats, and interactive sessions to foster community and interest.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine engagement strategies and improve audience experience.
- Event Promotion and Marketing:

- Plan and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote the event to the target audience.
- Coordinate with PR and media partners to maximize event exposure and coverage.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to ensure goals are met and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaboration and Coordination:

- Work closely with the sales team to align branding and engagement activities with sponsorship and exhibitor goals.
- Collaborate with the event operations team to ensure seamless integration of branding and engagement initiatives on-site.
- Maintain strong relationships with industry partners, media, and other stakeholders to support event objectives.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, branding, content creation, and audience engagement, preferably in the B2B event or tech industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, web analytics, and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with event management and knowledge of the tech sectors mentioned is a plus.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages, especially Cantonese or Mandarin, are advantageous.
