**JOB POSITION: ASSISTANT OUTLET MANAGER - F&B**
**DEPARTMENT: FOOD & BEVERAGE**
**LOCATION**:5 STAR HOTEL, KUANTAN**
**SALARY: RM4,500 - RM5,000**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
The Assistant Outlet Manager supports the implementation of business plans under the guidance of the Outlet Manager. Responsibilities include staff management and addressing personnel matters. Tasks encompass providing operational support at the store level, such as customer service, scheduling, daily operations, cashiering, loss prevention, maintenance, and back-office support. Additionally, the Assistant Outlet Manager oversees staff recruitment, training, and motivation.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Conduct product knowledge training sessions related to wine and spirits, aiming to achieve training hour targets set by the F&B manager for each venue.
- Drive beverage revenue by maximizing wine sales across outlets.
- Analyze wine sales data for each venue.
- Strategically coordinate campaign schedules to optimize available resources and meet budgetary and deadline objectives.
- Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with leadership across various business units, senior management, and external vendors.
- Work with the CRM team to develop targeted segmentation strategies.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**:

- At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Outlet Manager or Team Leader.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Demonstrated background in a Retail Assistant Manager role or equivalent.
- Experience in conducting recruitment and performance assessments.
- Understanding of financial and customer service fundamentals.
- Strong numerical skills for report generation, spreadsheet management, and sales analysis.
- Leadership qualities and organizational prowess.
- Effective interpersonal and communication capabilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Availability to work flexible shifts.
- Preferably possessing a relevant Degree, Apprenticeship, or Diploma in Hospitality or Restaurant Management.
- As per regulations set by the Malaysian Immigration and Manpower Department, this position is exclusively available to Malaysian Nationals.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
