**PROPERTY MANAGER**:
Reports to : HEAD OF FACILITIES SERVICES, FLEET, BUILDING & PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Job Type : Full Time - Contract

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the physical church property, grounds and facilities in a condition of operating excellence, cleanliness, safety including coordinate repairs, renovations, and maintenance projects, ensuring mínimal disruption to daily operations.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures, schedules, and protocols to ensure optimal functioning of all building systems (sewerage, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and maintain records of compliance.
- Implement emergency response procedures and conduct regular drills.
- Optimise space utilisation and layout to meet organisational needs.
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of renovation and expansion projects.
- Monitor contractor performance to ensure compliance with service agreements and quality standards.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

- Degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or any other relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in facilities and property environment, with a strong understanding of building systems and maintenance.
- Project management skills and experience managing medium to large scale expansion projects.
- Possess good and effective communication skill with all levels in the organisation, suppliers and authorities.
- Strong analytical mind, high integrity and result driven.
- Possess hands on attitude, with teamwork spirit and able to lead a team.
