Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for supervising the subcontractors and staff while maintaining a safe work
environment.
2. Oversee the activities and performance of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with
quality requirements
3. To ensure permit to work is applied and approved prior to commencement of work.
4. To ensure all workers under his control work in safe manner.
5. Monitoring work progress accordance to the project schedule and inspection test plan.
6. Resolve site issue pertaining to subcontractors and construction.
7. Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and
procedures; complying with legal regulations
8. Supervise completion of punch-lists, close-out documentation, and demobilize the job site at the
completion of a project
9. To conduct Safe Behavior Observation (SBO).
10. Ensure the IFW program is well executed and practiced at site.
11. Always follow up on workers concerns through to close out.
12. Ensure proper review of Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Risk Assessment (RA).
13. Ensure subcontractors is involved with Pre-Start Tal (PST) and Tool Box Talk (TBT) discussions
that they actively contribute and are listened to.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
