**SUMMARY OF JOB**:
- Overall responsibilities to handle recruitment and human resource operational activities.
- To collaborate closely with management and coworkers to enhance working conditions, boost morale, and increase productivity and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Handle entire recruitment activities from screening, shortlisting, interviewing, offer preparation and administering the signing of contracts
- Support end to end life cycle for employees from on boarding to off boarding
- Maintain staff personal files and records, employee handbook, standard operating procedures, policies and guidelines, service agreements, contracts of employment, etc
- Conduct payroll verification and monthly advise with payroll vendor
- Ensure all information/files are kept with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity
- Coordinate talent development and employee engagement activities
- Assist to prepare HR reports for management update/decision making
- Administer training and well-being activities
- Liaise with local government agencies on statutory matters including Immigration, HRDF etc
- Attend to employee general queries with regards to staff matters i.e. leave management, attendance, salaries and benefits claims
- Assist in any other ad-hoc HR duties and initiatives assigned.
- Ensure compliance to all internal service level agreements
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
