Collector Analyst

Position: Collector Analyst

Must be able to write and speak fluently in Mandarin

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for executing the Collections operations and strategies for Malaysia/Singapore consumer and SME portfolios.
- Call and follow-up with customers to secure payment plans.
- Review and execute appropriate Collections actions like legal, restructure and settlements to recover debt and minimise credit losses.
- Partner with product teams and business units to coordinate Collection’s activities across the bank.
- Achieve the productivity standard set for the team and individual KPI.
- Take on additional projects and tasks assigned by reporting manager.

**Requirement**
- Have at least 2-years of collections experience.
- Able to speak, read and write Mandarin.
- Well versed in the bank products and processes.
- Good understanding of technology in the digital banking space.
- Possess strong written, communication and negotiation skills.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
