**REQUIREMENT FOR LEAN SIX SIGMA WHITE AND YELLOW BELT FOR MANUFACTURING**

**1. Educational Background**
- **Minimum Requirement**: A bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees (e.g., Master’s in Industrial Engineering or MBA) are preferred.

**2. Certification**
- **Mandatory to have Certification of Train The Trainer (TTT)**:

- Certified **Lean Six Sigma White Belt** and **Yellow Belt** from a recognized certification body (e.g., ASQ, IASSC, Six Sigma Council).
- Higher-level certifications (e.g., Green Belt or Black Belt) are an advantage as they demonstrate deeper expertise.

**3. Industry Experience**
- At least **3-5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing or process improvement**.
- Proven track record of implementing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with tools like Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and Statistical Process Control (SPC).

**4. Training & Facilitation Experience**
- Experience delivering **training programs and workshops** in Lean Six Sigma concepts.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles (e.g., using interactive methods, real-life case studies, and hands-on exercises).

**5. Skills**
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Expertise in statistical software/tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in preparing training materials, including slides, guides, and exercises.

**6. Authorization**
- Approval or accreditation as a trainer by a recognized certification body, if applicable.

**7. Additional Preferences**
- Evidence of a high **participant success rate** in past training programs.
- Ability to customize training content for the specific needs of a manufacturing setup.
- Experience working with multicultural teams or within global manufacturing industries.
