**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Planning and managing on website and social media’s content.

2. Assist to manage and maintain all e-commerce platform including company website, Facebook and Instagram.

3. To shoot video and produce content as necessary.

4. To set up decorations for events/campaigns held by the hospital.

5. To assist in customer enquiries and feedback and complaint

6. To support hospital’s promotion and event planning

7. To build rapports with existing clients.

9. Explore and build business opportunities for corporate and individual clients.

10. Creating and recommending new marketing concepts, technology trends and strategies.

11. Promotes and liase closely with the clients on the wellness packages.

12. Undertake ad-hoc and special project as and when assigned by the Management.

13. Maintain accurate records of all the contacts with clients (individual and corporate).

14. Develop and maintain good relationship with Hospital alliances and Health Tourism.

15. Other relevant task as per requested by the management.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- A minimum of 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proven leadership ability and the capacity to drive sales teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong leadership qualities.
- Required Skill(s): Adobe photoshop / Adobe Illustrator / 3D Design / Video Editing
- Mature, result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Must possess own transport and be willing to travel.

**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month
