- Help develop and administer Ethics and Compliance training and communications to a global workforce of more than 50,000 people
- Manage production of Ethics and Compliance creative assets
- Leverage graphic design expertise to create posters, banners, handouts, videos (animated and live), and podcasts
- Support the creation and delivery of online training modules and instructor-led classes
- Assist in management of Learning Management System (LMS) database and LMS user accounts for tracking employee development and training initiatives
- Upload and test eLearning SCORM and AICC modules to test LMS functionality
- Use LMS to enter and monitor training completion, develop and maintain training reports and statistics, and run library and custom reports
- Work with business partners to field training-related inquires and support learners
- Perform administrative duties associated with conducting live and Direct Labor training (including pre-training prep work, scheduling, post-training assessments, securing support for conference room & IT setup, and training calendar invitations)
- Assist in production and filming of employees for small video projects
- Other special projects and duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively on legal and compliance issues verbally and in writing, in a clear and understandable manner.
- Experience with graphic design programs including Adobe Creative Cloud offerings
- Experience with video filming and editing preferred
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Thai is a plus
- Experience working as an LMS administrator or data analyst is preferred, but not required
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, including pivot tables, vlookup
- Experience working in the legal and/or ethics and compliance fields a plus
- Experience working at a global company is preferred
- Project management preferred, but not required
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively and constructively in a team environment
- Proven troubleshooting, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work, including having follow-through and discipline to stay on track with projects
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment, including focusing when needed on the matter at hand
- Strong work ethic and ability to produce high quality work product under deadline pressures
- Ability to work effectively in a global environment and sensitivity to cultural differences
- Position requires little to no travel
