JOB SCOPE

i) Compile requirements raised and the measurements, source for suppliers and/or subcontractors and issue the Quotation Requisition (QR).

ii) Prepare and submit the Tender Document as approved by Superior.

iii) Monitor the project valuation based on the progress of works at site, prepare Interim Payment Certificate (IPC) to subcontractors and verify all invoices submitted by suppliers.

iv) Prepare and submit the Interim Progress Claim and Final Claim and ensure the preparation and inclusion of all necessary supporting documents to QS Consultants, Project Management Consultant (PMC) and Client.

v) Liaise and attend joint valuation session with QS Consultant, PMC and Client.

vii) To constantly coordinate the construction activities and requisition of materials equipment with Project Manager/Site Agent/Site Supervisor/Purchasing Officer.

viii) To determine the materials purchased are in accordance to the specification/ Construction Drawing/ material approved by Superintending Officer.

ix) To ensure all required construction materials and equipment purchased are delivered at site on timely manner according to the schedule set or instructed by your Superior.

x) To assist Procurement and Contract Manager in preparing cost comparison and monthly Cost Report.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Possess Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building;
- Possess 3 years and above working experience in quantity surveying, preferably in a construction or similar environment;
- Spirit of teamwork with good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Self-motivated and able to work independently;
- Computer literate.
