We’re looking for a **dynamic leader** who can **recruit top talent** and **lead a high-performing sales & marketing team**

**What You’ll Do**
- **Recruit & Grow Your Team** - Find, onboard & develop Brand Officers
- **Train & Inspire** - Deliver engaging sales & product training
- **Lead & Motivate** - Drive your team towards big wins
- **Execute Sales Plans** - Turn marketing strategies into results
- **Leverage Social Media** - Generate leads with zero ad cost
- **Track & Improve** - Monitor performance & boost team success

**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum **1 year** leadership experience
- Fluent in **English & Malay**:

- Age **below 40**:

- Sales, marketing, or team leadership background
- Strong communication & team management skills
- Social media marketing knowledge (bonus)
- Own a laptop/PC
