Implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement.  Providing strategic advice to the board and top management.  Liaise with local authorities to ensure regulatory compliance is meet.  Involve in the pioneer team hiring and assist in future headcount expansion and hiring.  Goal setting for every department.  Oversee the daily operations and work closely with every department according to business needs.  Other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned.  Occasional travel may be required to meet the needs of the business.
