Monitor and analyze remittance market trends, especially for the India corridor in the region including studying competitor products and services and increasing profitability of products.
- Identify the target markets (India) in the region and develop strategies to communicate with them. Identify locations for Branding and advertising.
- An excellent communicator; able to communicate in different regional languages of India.
- Build the retail and digital remittance customer base for the India corridor.
- Have knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts.
- Lead and execute marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion managers. This includes proposing and delivering promotional materials in a timely manner
- Liaise with other internal teams in Sales Marketing and Administration departments to execute initiatives for the corridor/region
- Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and road shows, working with advertisers, and production managers, to market products and services.
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to think creatively and motivate people
- Willing to travel and conduct promotion Events and Road Shows.
- Qualifications
At least (2) years of experience in remittance and money exchange field or administrative areas
Education background of bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching next potential agents/customers
Knowledge of onsite and digital marketing
In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
Ability to communicate with diverse groups of people professionally and confidently
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) or CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
Excellent verbal communication skills; able to demonstrate patience and enthusiasm while communicating with potential customers
Demonstrated and proven sales results
Able to converse local languages
