**Job Scope**:

- Tenancy & Licensing Document Handling
- Assist in preparing tenancy agreements and related documentation.
- Ensure timely submission and filing of licenses (e.g., premise license, business license, KKM/GDP/GDPK where applicable).
- Landlord & Government Liaison Support
- Help communicate with landlords for document requests, renewal reminders, and tenancy clarifications.
- Support preparation of letters or attachments needed for government or local council submissions.
- **Tracking & Filing**:

- Maintain trackers for tenancy timelines, license expiries, and insurance renewals.
- Organize scanned copies of signed documents in the internal filing system by outlet and category.
- **Permit & Insurance Coordination**:

- Follow up with relevant parties (consultants, insurance agents, local councils) for permit or insurance status.
- Ensure outlet teams receive timely updates or copies of approved permits and certificates.
- **Outlet Onboarding Essentials**:

- Help coordinate and track delivery of opening essentials such as floor mats, premise signboard license, and emergency contact display boards.
- Update checklist to ensure all administrative setup items are completed before outlet opening.
- **Support for Internal Audit & Review**:

- Provide supporting documents for audit checks (e.g., tenancy clauses, license records).
- Highlight outlets with upcoming expiry or renewal risks to team lead in advance.
- **Ad Hoc Support**:

- Assist in formatting SOP drafts or preparing internal memos related to administrative processes.
- Provide backup support during peak seasons such as quarterly license renewals or mass tenancy rollouts.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
