We are looking for a capable and friendly Reservation Executive to work at our Reservation Department. In this role, your duties will include handles requests from guests, companies and travel agents via phone or other platforms.

Ensure booking information is input correctly into the system and maintain update room vacancies on online booking platforms.

You required to meet monthly revenue targets by coming up with promotional packages to boost room sales and revenue.

Multitasking skill is essential for this position.

You should be comfortable undertaking a variety of activities in the office, including filing, answering the phone, organizing documents, basic bookkeeping, and more. Reliability and a strong work ethic combined with great communication skills are a must, as well as familiarity with all necessary office equipment, software, and procedures.

Reservation Executive Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 years of experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional ability to create a welcoming environment.
- Strong working knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles
- Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
