Admin - Front Desk

**Responsibilities**:
- Attend incoming interactions and assist customers in their enquiries/requests/complaints based on standard operating procedures.
- To make any ad-hoc outgoing calls to customers as required.
- Handle customers registration process and data entry.
- Professionally follow up with customers on documentation and transactions.
- Proper filing for all related documentation.
- To perform all other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.
**Requirements**:
- Higher years of Experience in front desk related jobs are added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Languages required: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Skills required: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel.
- Willing to work Monday to Saturday from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
