**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment & Onboarding**: Manage the full recruitment cycle for all positions across the three branches. This includes job postings, interviews, selection, and onboarding of new staff.
- **Employee Relations**: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving issues and providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
- **HR Administration**: Maintain accurate employee records, manage employee benefits, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- **Training & Development**: Coordinate training sessions and professional development programs for staff, focusing on building a supportive and engaging work environment.
- **Performance Management**: Assist with the implementation of performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.
- **Payroll & Benefits**: Support the payroll process, ensuring accuracy in statutory deductions, bonuses, and benefits for all employees.
- **Compliance**: Ensure the organization adheres to all HR-related policies and legal requirements, including statutory benefits and labor regulations.
- **Employee Engagement**: Contribute to creating a positive organizational culture by organizing events and initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in an HR generalist role, preferably in the education or childcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working across multiple locations (Kepong, Segambut, and Sri Hartamas).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
