**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the overall running of the Student Services Unit.
- Liaise with the Student Council, societies and clubs to organize student activities.
- Deal with student services such as complaints, requests, problems, etc.
- Prepare, edits, and revises Student policies to suit University College contexts and formats.
- Enforces, oversees and / or implements policies and procedures on a range of student services support and welfare such as claims; coordinates and enforces students' policies and procedures, and ensures compatibility with operating policies.
- Determines and interprets student services needs on an individual basis, advises students on policy issues, acts as student advocate and resolves problems as necessary.
- Administers the Students' financial aid in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Provides broad support in the administration and daily operations of student services.
- Liaise with colleges / universities in the country to organize inter-college / university student activities.
- Liaise with the Heads and Lecturers of all Schools / Departments on matters relating to student affairs.
- Establish the University College Alumni, build engagement and connection through events and professional support.
- Organise / assist in / attend University College functions.
- Cooperate with the Marketing & Recruitment and International office to deal with matters pertaining to student welfare, events, etc.
- Prepare reports on department matters eg. student activities, hostel management, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Required language(s): Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Preferably 1 to 2 years of working experience.
- Good time management, organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and interact with all levels of people.
- Experience in the education industry would be an added advantage.
- Able and willing to take additional responsibilities, passionate and keen to learn and apply
- new knowledge and skills.
- A team player
