Confer & participate in the NPI & RFQ process alongside operations & engineering.
- Assure quality & production requirements are met, according to the customer specifications, drawing/blueprint.
- Work independently, self-motivation with this little supervision.
- Ability to communicate with co-workers, supervisors, production personnel and QC personnel.
- Responsible for the creation and revision of ALL CNC Programs, tool libraries, setup sheets & tooling sheets.
- Work closely with the mechanical engineers to develop fixturing and tooling.
- Support production regarding ECR/ECO program changes, process improvements & manage the product transition from prototype to full production while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Undertake other roles & responsibilities that are assigned by the company and immediate superior from time to time until full closure.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS / SKILLSET**:
▪ Associated degree, technical degree and/or combination of education & equivalent work experience.

▪ 3,4,5 axis programming including Horizontal machines and C axis lathes both vertical & horizontal.

▪ Experience programming and machining materials ranging from Aluminum / SST to Inconel.

▪ 5 years of job experience programming and machining for multi axis machines in the Semi-Conductor and/or Automotive industries.

▪ CAD models to support programming development by using Siemen UG and/or MasterCAM software.

▪ Create documents required for the equipment setup and run such as Tooling Sheets & Setup Sheets

▪ Participate in FMEA / PFEMA reviews.

▪ Knowledge of tool pre-setting and probing

▪ Mechanical ability & understanding of engineering principles.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
