Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to provide essential support to our team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
Providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team and other colleagues
- Handling a wide range of administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing meeting agendas and minutes
- Organising travel arrangements and processing expense reports
- Maintaining and updating filing systems, both physical and digital
- Assisting with the coordination of office activities and events
- Serving as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring excellent customer service
- Performing other ad-hoc duties as required to support the smooth runningof the office.
**Qualification and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, information Management or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset
- A team player with a positive and flexible attitude
