We combine behavioural science, psychology, data science and digital design to help companies, healthcare providers and ultimately, people on achieving a healthier lifestyle. **What you’ll be doing**: - Assist the Marketing team in planning and executing marketing and communication strategies - Identify new opportunities and stay updated on market and industry trends - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of collaborative initiatives - Support the Marketing team in virtual event organisation, including webinars and health challenges - Responsible for daily high-impact SEO and performance marketing tasks - Coordinate the localisation of marketing materials with translators - Taking an active role in tracking, consolidating, and analysing performance metrics for all marketing initiatives - Contribute to the brainstorming of creative ideas to enhance the brand’s standing - Assist in managing Naluri’s social media accounts, including scheduling posts, generating reports, and engaging with comments. - Remaining flexible and responsive to additional responsibilities and ad hoc tasks as and when needed **What we’d love to have for the role include**: - Undergraduates or final-year students majoring in Marketing, Mass Communication, Psychology, Communications or any related field - Excellent command of English (additional languages will be an advantage) - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Proactive, independent, results-oriented and a highly motivated self-starter - Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills with strong follow-through abilities - Basic virtual event management, editing, and recording skills are a plus The most important parts of our culture are: - Teams work together to decide what will give our customers the most value and how to accomplish it. - Virtual or actual get-togethers, lunch or evenings out. - We encourage you to use that unlimited vacation days policy (just don't let your team down) - Growing exponentially, learning extensively and unlocking potential and ambition - "Act like an Owner", "Keep it Simple", "Try and Error", "Fail fast", "Disagree and Commit", and "Think Big".
