WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

- Have clear vision about the growth of your category and get buy-ins from management & heads of departments into your vision.
- Chart out clear roadmap for yourself & your team to realize the vision for your category
- Be the owner of your category and run it like a Business Unit to achieve business goals (Revenue targets, Service quality, order volumes). Manage expenses, revenues, hiring, training and KPIs of the category team placed under you.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, Post Graduate Degree, or Professional Degree in any field.
- At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field (i.e. Account Management/Client
- Servicing/Category Management/Business Development etc) is advantageous for this position.
- Past experience of handling a business unit or project end to end (planning, execution, revenues) will be advantageous for this position.
- Strong written and verbal communication & persuasion skills
- Ability to think strategically and deeply about high level core issues
- Ability to draft clear vision, mission & roadmap documents
