**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinating with relevant departments and manage **employee movement**/changes to ensure smooth transition.
- Perform the necessary activity for **monthly payroll **(manage leave record, OT claim & allowances).
- Acting as a **training administrator**, source and conduct training programs according to departmental needs.
- Prepare **documentation** such as Employment Contract, Offer Letter and Confirmation/Termination Letter and ensure proper record-filing.
- Process **staff benefit** administration, organize activities for employee engagement.
- Acting as an administrator in monitoring the overall office operation.
**Requirements**:
- At least Diploma in Human Resources Management / Business Administration Management / Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in HR or equivalent. However, fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
