**Mon - Friday** : 9.00am - 6.30pm **(if necessary)**
**Sat - Sun**: 7.00pm - 11.30pm
**Public Holiday**: 10.00am - 10.00pm
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide promptly reply to customer inquiries through Live Chat, Phone Calls, Whatsapp, & etc.
- Provide promptly reply to customer comment on Online platform TikTok, Shoppe, Lazada & Official Website.
- Liaise with Warehouse & Fulfillment Team and other functions to achieve prompt and efficient resolution of customer issues and queries.
- Assist and follow up with customers in resolving delivery issues promptly.
- Escalate customer feedback and concerns if necessary.
- Master product knowledge and benefits.
- Understand customer shopping process and order management on various platforms.
- Strong sense of commitment and dedication with a sense of urgency to get things done and result-driven oriented.
- Check on social media comment TikTok / InstagraM/Facebook
- Follow up customer issue
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM10.00 - RM12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 9 per week
