We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented **HR Executive (Fresh Graduate)** to support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department. This role is ideal for individuals who have recently graduated and are passionate about building a career in HR. You will assist in various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, employee engagement, and HR administration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of offer letters and induction schedules
- Maintain and update employee records and databases accurately
- Assist in organizing training programs and workshops
- Help coordinate employee engagement activities and events
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required
- Support payroll and attendance tracking tasks as assigned
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and relevant employment laws
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; internship experience in HR is an advantage
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Willingness to learn, with a positive attitude and proactive mindset
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good interpersonal and communication skills

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
