Assist in maintaining the billing system to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
- Support the preparation of invoices and account statements.
- Assist in performing account reconciliations.
- Help maintain accounts receivable files and related records.
- Support the preparation of monthly ageing reports.
- Assist in investigating and resolving discrepancies or responding to customer enquiries.
- Issue official receipts for collections under supervision.
- Assist in updating bank account transactions and general ledger entries.
- Support the process of petty cash reimbursement.
- Assist in preparing supporting documents and schedules for internal and external audits.
- Help ensure audit readiness and respond to basic audit-related queries from auditors.
- Undertake any other tasks or assignments as required by the Finance Department.

**Requirements**:
1) Degree students in Finance and Accounting or other related fields.

2) Able to communicate with all levels

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
