**Job Summary**:
The Site Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily on-site operations, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role involves working closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver successful projects.
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities on the construction or project site.
- Monitor and manage construction schedules, milestones, and deadlines.
- Lead and manage on-site teams, including subcontractors and laborers.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets quality standards.
- Collaborate with quality control and engineers to maintain high-quality work.
- Enforce and promote safety regulations and practices on the site.
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide regular updates on project progress.
- Communicate effectively with on-site personnel, addressing concerns and resolving issues.
- Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to the site.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and usage of materials and equipment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation
- Prepare daily reports, work logs, and other necessary paperwork and update to the system (Fieldwire) as scheduled.

**Job Requirement**:

- At least Diploma in **Civil Engineering.**:

- 4 years experience working as site supervisor.
- **Must have experience in JKR Project.**:

- **Having C&S experience is a must.**:

- **Able to start immediately.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
