Responsibilities
- Design programs to encourage socialization, provide entertainment, relaxation and fulfillment, and improve daily living skills of the elderly.
- Assisting to plan and execute activities for the elderly, including art and music programs in the facility, and for any special events.
- Overseeing and assist the residents who have dementia with activity sessions, reminiscence support, mobility, encouragement and ensure the residents are safe and following the rules and instructions.
- Coordinate staff schedules, manage and create activities and events, and maintain equipment and rooms for their activities.
- All administrative work for the Activities division.

**; Requirements**: - Requirements
- Must possess at least a Diploma in related field or in any similar discipline.
- Innovative in managing activity programs for the elderly.
- At least 2 years of working experience in related fields, working experience with elderly care is an added advantage.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to build rapport and communicate well with elderly.
- Good interpersonal and strong organization skills, self-motivated and have a desire to constantly strive for excellence, improve and better the organization
- Strongly believer in Kindness and Empathy.
