We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated **Programming Training Intern** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing training and mentoring to students or employees in various programming languages and software development concepts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and has a desire to help others learn and grow in their coding skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct interactive programming training sessions for students or employees, either in-person or online.
- Teach programming languages such as Python, Game Designing, Web Designing or others based on the curriculum.
- Develop and deliver hands-on coding exercises, challenges, and projects.
- Assist learners with troubleshooting coding problems and provide guidance on best practices.
- Evaluate students' progress through assessments, quizzes, and coding projects.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to help learners improve their coding skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest programming trends, tools, and technologies.
- Collaborate with senior trainers and team members to improve the curriculum and teaching methods.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment that fosters student growth and engagement.

**We will provide you training on the programs**

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge and experience in programming languages (e.g., Python, Game Designing, Web Designing).
- Passion for teaching and helping others learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to break down complex concepts and explain them in a simple and engaging manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and patience with learners.
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience is a plus, but not required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with web development, mobile app development, or other specialized areas.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms or teaching management systems
- Certifications or additional coursework in programming or teaching methodologies.

Pay: Up to RM1,000.00 per month
