**Descriptions**:
This role will deliver fair and consistent underwriting decisions that are based on our company philosophy, deliver strong mortality results that are consistent with expectations, while maintaining a relentless client focus.
- Review and analyse customers credit, financial statements, business nature, transaction volume data to gain an overall credit overview for decisioning
- Ensure every desioning is in par with Credit Risk strategies
- Understand the features of all loan products and attend to enquiries and complaints and follow through for effective resolution.
- Escalate issues to management with necessary data for mitigation/solution.
- Ensure safe, sound and timely underwriting practices and overall leadership of Bigpay later credit standards

**Requirements**:

- Strong underwriting experience, including analyzing credit and financial data.
- Ability to align underwriting decisions with credit risk strategies.
- Knowledge of loan products and effective resolution of customer inquiries and complaints.
- Skill in escalating issues to management with necessary data for mitigation.
- Commitment to safe, sound, and timely underwriting practices.
- Experience working with Loan Management systems is an added advantage
- Adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) set by management.
