**JOB EDSCRIPTION**
- Receiving patients at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, and addressing them appropriately.
- Attending to incoming/outgoing phone calls.
- Receiving and sorting daily WhatsApp messages and queries.
- To assist on operation tasks.
- Assist all the administrative tasks as when requested by the management.
- Individuals with sales and customer service experience are preferred.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum Diploma/Degree qualification with or without experience.
- Clinic Operating Hours: 9.00 am to 8.00 pm
- Work on shift basis
- Open Monday to Sunday
- Off day on weekdays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
