We’re looking for a **Finance Executive** who thrives in a collaborative, customer-facing role. You’ll be the financial bridge between our operations, our subcontractors and our customers, ensuring accurate lot-level reconciliation and financial transparency. This role demands sharp analytical skills, strong communication, and an understanding of semiconductor lot tracking.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle end-to-end AR processes for the assigned project, including billing, collections, account reconciliations and E-invoice.
- Work closely with customers and subcontractors to reconcile lot-level transactions and resolve discrepancies
- Validate lot movement, billing, and cost data across internal systems and customer records
- Prepare detailed reconciliation reports and present findings to stakeholders
- Track and reconcile project-related costs and prepare monthly project financial reports and variance analyses
- Monitor accounts receivable/payable relating to the assigned project and ensure timely settlements
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional team to review project milestones, financial performance, and improve reconciliation workflow.
- Support month-end closing and audit processes related to assigned project
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, tax and audit requirements

**Qualifications**
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance or accounting, with prior exposure to OSAT or semiconductor manufacturing viewed as a strong advantage
- Good knowledge of project costing and reporting.
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Based in or willing to work in Batu Kawan

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
