Golf Registration Clerk

To be stationed at the Golf Reception Counter at all times for registration of golfers.
- To answer telephone calls pertaining to golf booking and enquiries.
- To ensure that the Golfers before make the necessary payment before they proceed to play.
- To assist the Senior Registration Clerk on related duties.
- To ensure all documents related to golf bookings, insurance and bills are well kept.
- To ensure a proper filing system.
- To ensure proper record is kept pertaining to daily collection, statistics (daily, weekly and monthly basis)
- To prepare golf booking sheet, competition form including in house as and when required.
- To file all correspondences into their respective files.
- To attend to any enquiry through telephone or in person with politeness and good manners.
- To assist in the preparation of scorecards for tournament purposes.
- To attend to registration during tournaments and collection of scorecards after the game.
- To ensure that all cash collections are counted carefully and the exact amount before drop in the money in the safe box.
- To report any excess or shortage of cash to the Accounts Department immediately.
- To carry out all duties diligently, honestly, politely, disciplined with pride.
- To perform other duties as required b the Management from time-to-time.
