**INTRODUCTION**:
We're seeking for a Dental Receptionist Cum Admin to support our dentists and nurses to ensure efficient workflow, patient engagement, patient care, communication skills and customer service.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Handle phone calls, appointment and doctor’s schedule
- Maintain good telephone etiquette
- Maintain good communication skills
- Managing walk-ins and emergencies cases
- Answering phone calls and handling inquiries
- Greetings etiquette
- Responsible in patients booking appointment ( call, whatsapp, HQ acc, customer service )
- Handle daily sales payments ( collection and closing )
- Managing general office support
- Perform administrative tasks (documentations, basic accounting, record management )
- Handles clinic inventory and supplies

**LOOKING FOR A CANDIDATE WHO IS**:

- With or without experience
- Willing to learn and adapt new environment and skills
- Committed towards work
- Able to work in rotational shifts

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
