**Full job description**
- Assist with **Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR)** tasks, including data entry and invoice processing
**Requirements**:
- Preferably some experience in **Accounts Payable** and **Accounts Receivable**:
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Handle **Accounts Receivable (AR)** duties such as issuing invoices, following up on payments, and updating customer accounts
- Perform **bank reconciliations** and ensure the accuracy of financial records
- Prepare and issue **debit notes** and **credit notes**:
- Support **general accounting** and **administrative tasks** as required
- Enter **AP invoices**, **driver commissions**, **check sales invoices**, and prepare standard journal entries
- Reconcile **AR and AP balances**, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
- Prepare monthly **management reports**
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
