**Job Summary**

The supervisor assists Outlet Manager to oversees the daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring the efficient functioning of the team, maintaining quality standards, and delivering excellent customer service. The supervisor is responsible for managing staff, handling customer concerns, and ensuring that the shop meets operational goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise baristas and other staff to ensure they provide excellent service and maintain high operational standards.
- Ensure proper training and development of staff on coffee preparation, equipment handling, and customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed, ensuring proper stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients.
- Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and shift scheduling.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entire coffee shop, ensuring health and safety standards are met.
- Assist with the creation and execution of marketing and promotional activities.
- Maintain store ambiance, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health codes, and safety standards.
- Assist in managing employee performance reviews, and provide feedback to the management team.
- Work alongside the manager to ensure that sales and revenue goals are met.
- Promote teamwork and foster a positive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in the food service or coffee shop industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to motivate and guide staff while maintaining a professional and positive environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of cash handling, budgeting, and inventory management.
- Strong communication skills and ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Working location : One Utama Shopping Mall

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
