**Detailed Description**:
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

- Source and acquire necessary components and supplies for both new and existing products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, ensure timely deliveries, and manage purchase price variances for allocated projects.
- Resolve issues like supply chain disruptions, material allocations, inventory discrepancies, faulty materials, and identify alternative suppliers.
- Oversee designated projects from the initial pre-production phase through to full-scale production.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with suppliers, monitoring their performance

**Knowledge/Skills/Competencies**:

- A Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline, with a preference for Materials Management or Purchasing.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience is required.
- Prior experience in an electronics manufacturing services setting is beneficial.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, specifically SAP R/3, is necessary.
- Fluency in English is required..
