Prepare shipping documents and schedule a pick up online before cut off time and ensuring compliance in export regulation requirement
- Liaise with customs department and submit related report
- Make records & timely renewal of various licenses
- Generate DO/PO/GRN & relevant forms with minimum error
- Manage and control inventory level & conducting physical stock counts quarterly.
- Checking and keeping records of staff’s attendance and leave
- Prepare weekly report for purchasing for the status of the order
- Liaise with supplier for quotation, new order or pending order.
- Do researched for the best supplier before proceed any purchase order.
- Involved in ISO committee member
- involved in payable account
- Perform any other duties & tasks assigned from time to time
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadline.
- Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior and manager.

**Requirement**
- Preferably female
- No working experience required.
- Training will be provided.
- Experience in the related field and Xeersoft account system is advantageous.
- Multitask, hardworking, discipline and good working attitude.
- Required skill(s): MS Office and MS Excel is a must
- Required language (s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cheras Batu 9

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
