**Job scope**:

- Direct and oversee the financial department of the Group’, financial statements, shareholder reports, tax returns and relevant governmental agency reports
- Provide financial strategy recommendations to the BOD and members of the executive management team across the Group
- Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans, capital structure and execution on investment strategies.
- Managing and overseeing the cash flow of the Group and ensuring it has the appropriate treasury controls
- Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
- Lead the financial department in developing short and long-term financial goals
- Oversee all financial decisions, such as budgeting and auditing
- Implement strategies and systems to improve financial performance
- Ensure compliance on all finance related procedures with the law and the Group’s policies.
- Supporting and advising the audit committee and relevant working committees
- Performs other duties as assigned by BOD and CEO from time to time

**Job requirements**:

- Must be a qualified accountant and a member with professional body ( eg; MIA, ACCA & CPA )
- More than 20 years related experience, preferably with a minimum of 5 years as Head of Finance Department
- Strong knowledge and understanding of IPO ( Initial Public Offering ) will be an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM20,000.00 - RM25,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Corporate finance: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)

License/Certification:

- MIA/ ACCA/ CPA certificate (preferred)
