Key Responsibilities:
Customer acquisition - follow up with newly sign-up customer and guide them along to close the deal.

Customer retention - maintain professional attitude & handle customer feedback/complain in order to build strong relationship.

Understand the current market needs stay up to trend about the market promotion & expectation then feedback & brainstorm with superior.Basic excel/PPT presentation skill, G suite (filing & report).

understand your players to get an idea of the types of services and experiences they are looking for.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through a mix of proactive outreach and inbound care. - Collaborate with the gaming community and provide support for players within the game, to ensure issues are known, addressed, and communicated back.
- Gathering and providing meaningful insights to support marketing and studio teams. - Stay up to date with the latest game updates and features to effectively engage with players.
- Conduct on-call surveys when requested.
- You will also help establish growth plans and strategies to expand the company’s customer base and will be called upon to explore and exploit new revenue sources.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
