**Position Overview**:
In the role of Chinese Chef, you'll lead our kitchen team in crafting and presenting genuine Chinese dishes, ensuring top-tier quality and consistency. Your ingenuity, proficiency, and love for Chinese cuisine will captivate our guests, creating enduring memories.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute innovative menus featuring a diverse range of authentic Chinese dishes.
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring adherence to recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain a high level of proficiency and efficiency.
- Monitor food inventory and manage procurement to minimize waste and maximize freshness.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Chef, specializing in Chinese cuisine.
- In-depth knowledge of Chinese culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavors.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Qualifications**:
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive culinary leadership experience in luxury resorts, fine dining restaurants, or similar environments.
- Proven track record of creating innovative menus and delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
- Relevant certifications in food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
Pay: From RM8,000.00 per month
