**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including displays and merchandise.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking new merchandise.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Participate in visual merchandising to ensure an attractive and inviting store layout.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification SPM
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic computer skills and experience with POS systems are a plus.
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
