Responsible to assisting QA Department in the effective implementation of the company total quality and environmental policy and programs, especially in the area of quality and environmental management system toward achieving IMS objective and IMS improvements for the company requirements..
- l To perform in-process inspection activity at production line
- To monitor in-process inspection activity doing by operator at production line in order to meeting internal and customer specification
- To assist QA Exec/QA tech to perform tighten inspection activity especially for new item/new product development/replacement for non-conformity production lot
- To perform incoming inspection for WIP (paperboard) and Finished Good product from supplier upon receiving (if require)
- To assist QA Manager / QA Executive in customer audit/visit and ISO audit activity upon request
- Responsible to issue Certificate of Conformance (CoC) to customers for product produced (if require)
- To monitor the final inspection QC and backup OQC activity when require
- To assist production operator for the quality improvement activity doing at production floor.
- To perform sorting/rework activity at internal or external (customer place) upon request
- To carry out any other jobs or responsibilities delegated by the QA Manager / QA Executive

**QUALIFICATION**
- Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)
- Minimum 1 years working experience in manufacturing and Quality related field.
- QC 7 tools, SPC and FMEA
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14001
- Able to express idea clearly both in written and oral communication in B. Malaysia or English.
- Ability to work independently.
- Able for escalation for quality issue

Salary range : RM1700-RM1750 (Attendance bonus & transport allowance)

Working day : 8am-4.30pm (Mon
- Saturday)
